To truly make the most out of Gratitude, experts advise to make it a part of your daily or weekly routine (Lindberg) - not just a part of Thanksgiving. How you show Gratitude isn't too important - you will still get the most out of it - but if you struggle with how to show Gratitude, you can check out our other article. Gratitude may not come easily at first, but eventually it will. Glenn Fox, an expert on the subject, compares showing Gratitude to working out. Although it may be hard at first, "the more you practice, the better you get" and "the more you practice, the easier it is to feel grateful when you need it." The people you show gratitude will feel happier, and you will have made the world a better place by making the most out of gratitude.
